These days I’m keeping a *big* eye on any new service they launched (any Internet service) and to be the first to use. Yesterday they launched code search, and I tried counter part of it:

• here is the code for WinZip 9.0 Serial Key Generator,
• a virus/worm that infects all .exe files in current directory by copying the .exe host to .sys and overwrite the .exe file,
• the first PowerShell Worm which changes it variable names every time the worm runs
• some SQL Injections

2. Else, try https://images.orkut.com
3. Else, try https://images3.orkut.com
4. Else, use any of the following anonymous web proxies, means virtual browser.

Well, if you are using images.orkut.com, it won’t show you images. You might need (if you really want) a plug-in, IE-Orkut.zip, to fix the same. Download and install IESetup.msi, Open IE, and logon to https://images.orkut.com, right click within the browser and say ‘Fix Orkut’. Probably it will display few security warnings (because of certificate error), just ignore all those by clicking Yes.

Well, basically the setup just copies some files to Windows\System32 folder. One of it is FixOrkut.html. Open this file in any text editor and replace “images.orkut.com” with “orkut.com” in the first “if” condition, to make it working for https://www.orkut.com also. Open registry editor and add a new key under

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\

This is the place from where IE7 (Microsoft Internet Explorer 7) builds search engine details. Now the things are obvious, add two string values named “DisplayName” & “URL”. For example if you want to add a Google Blog search, use URL as http://www.blogsearch.google.com/blogsearch?q={searchTerms}

Here {searchTerm} is the string appeared in the search text box.

• Using ‘Firebug’ (and extension to FireFox) you can discover ajax calls, stack trace of errors, etc;
• Using ‘chickenfoot’ provides a programming environment within the browser (ie. simulation of user clicks, etc;)

How many times you have forgot to write subject of emails you sent through Outlook?? The biggest blunder is Outlook doesn’t show any warning ! Here is a hack/macro for it.

Steps:

1. Open your outlook
2. Press Alt+F11. This open the Visual Basic editor
3. On the Left Pane, one can see “Microsoft Outlook Objects”, expand this. Now one can see the “ThisOutLookSession”.
4. Click on “ThisOutLookSession”.
5. Copy and Paste the following code in the right pane.(Code Pane)
6. Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
   Dim strSubject As String
   strSubject = Item.Subject
   If Len(strSubject) = 0 Then
   Prompt$ = “Subject is Empty. Are you sure you want to send the Mail?”

7. Now save and close the VB Code editor. From now on , this macro will make sure you do not make the mistake of sending a mail without subject.
